Scrapping Garden Daily Download Challenge

This past month, I loved the daily download over at The Scrapping Garden, so I participated in the Daily Download challenge over there. You have to scrap a progressive layout throughout the month and then finish it at the end of the month. So, here is the final LO for the February Daily Download Challenge:
